Neighborhood Ambassador Program

The Neighborhood Ambassador Program is a citywide initiative in Rochester aimed at addressing the opioid crisis. Ambassadors connect with organizations across the city to build relationships, provide resource referrals, support anti-litter efforts, and assist with opioid crisis interventions. Through this work, they serve as key links between neighborhoods and the city.

The program focuses on four areas: North Clinton Avenue, Jefferson Avenue, Lyell Avenue, and Monroe Avenue. The Father Tracy Advocacy Center proudly represents the North Clinton Avenue neighborhood and works to support Ambassadors in their efforts.
