Trillium Health

Trillium Health provides care that pays attention to all aspects of well being - physical, social, and emotional. They offer primary and specialty medical care services, lab services, on-site pharmacies, care management services, insurance assistance, supportive services (housing, transportation, support groups), behavioral wellness , health outreach education, and harm reduction (opioid overdose prevention program, syringe exchange).

C.A.R.E. Project

C.A.R.E. is a collaboration between the Ibero-American Action League, Father Laurence (Larry) Tracy Advocacy Center, Inc., Trillium Health and members of the North Clinton community. Our common purpose is to improve the lives of the residents in the North Clinton neighborhood through collaboration. Together, we can treat individuals who are living with addiction and improve the overall health of the community.

Helio Health

Helio Health provides treatment services to those that are temporarily incapacitated from alcohol and other substances. Medical and clinical staff are on-site 24 hours a day to assist patients in managing their mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms within a medically structured setting, providing a safe place to begin the recovery process.

Ibero-American Action League

Ibero, a dual language multi service agency, uplifts, empowers, and advocates for Latinos and the underserved to achieve equity and become fully valued community members. Ibero offers programs related to education, economic stabilization, disabilities, language access, care management, and more.
